Building on the remarkable legacy of the Planner Xtraordinaire (PX) Show, which left its mark in iconic destinations like Dubai, Lake Como, and Georgia, we proudly celebrated the successful debut of DWP Privé – a reimagined, elevated experience curated for the finest minds in the destination wedding and luxury celebrations industry.

DWP Privé proved to be more than just an event – it was a refined evolution. With over a decade of excellence through the DWP Congress, we’ve created a globally trusted platform for meaningful connections, elite collaborations, and industry-defining conversations. Privé took this vision to a new level of exclusivity.

From 9th-11th April 2025, the breathtaking shores of Colombo, Sri Lanka, came alive with the magic of DWP Privé at the stunning Cinnamon Life – City of Dreams. This magnificent venue – the latest gem by the prestigious Cinnamon brand – hosted 100 handpicked planners and 50 premium suppliers from around the globe, creating an intimate yet powerful setting where innovation was sparked and relationships were truly nurtured.

Guests soaked in the charm of Sri Lankan hospitality, relaxed by the serene Galle Beach, and immersed themselves in a luxurious environment that reflected dreams, culture, and modern sophistication.

As we marked a new decade of the DWP journey – with the Congress, the Insider blog, and now Privé – this special edition stood as a testament to our commitment to crafting experiences that are exclusive, impactful, and unforgettable. For our cherished DWP community, Privé was the beloved PX Show reimagined – rebranded with a modern twist that resonated with the evolving world of luxury events.

We hosted the 7th DWP Congress in Mitsis Alila in Rhodes, which was a fantastic experience for all of us.
